NoDelete 1.5.6 (Freeware)

NoDelete is an easy-to-use Freeware utility that will prevent the Reading of/Modification of/Renaming of/Moving of and/or accidental erasure of up to 510 files.

Features:

• No CPU use during protection, Extremely safe – Does not alter your file contents in any way.
• There are 3 Optional Protection features that affect all files dropped into NoDelete:
• No deletion/renaming/moving - modifications only and file-reading
• No deletion/renaming/moving or modifications enabled – file-reading is available
• No deletion/renaming/moving/modifications or reading – including copying (total protection)
• Password Protection – Protect your Files from 'nosy-parkers'.
• NoDelete works on all software – i.e. Word/Excel – anything!

By default, Feature 1 is selected. It's worth noting that NoDelete remembers what protection system you picked and stays with it until you change to another.

Minimise to Tray for non-desktop-clutter (when in tray, files are protected). Double-Click task-icon to bring up the screen. Please note that while screen is up, the files are not protected which can be a quick way to unprotect your files for a short time for editing etc.
