How to edit a form

Make sure you disable Microsoft Word as your e-mail editor before you proceed.

1. Open the form.

   How?

2. On the Tools menu, select Forms and click Design This Form to switch to the design time of the page.
   
   
3. Make your changes.
   
   
4. Save the form.
