To browse for clips by category

  1. On the toolbar, click the All Categories button:

    All Categories

  2. Select the tab you want to browse, and then click a category icon to open that category.
  3. Use the scroll bar, the arrow keys, the PAGE DOWN and PAGE UP keys, or the Microsoft Intellimouse, to see any clips not visible on the screen.
  4. Click the Keep Looking button at the bottom of the page, if it appears, to see additional clips.

Note Clicking a category icon will show all clips that have that category selected, followed by all clips that have keywords related to this category. For example, clips with the keyword dogs will appear when you select the Animals category icon whether or not the clip has the Animals category selected.

If you are running a Microsoft application that has a restricted mode of Clip Gallery, the All Categories button looks the same but is called the Home button. When in this mode, you will just see clips, as there are no categories. The Home button returns Clip Gallery to the top of the page of clips for that special mode. If you are running Clip Gallery in restricted mode, you'll have to close that mode and open Clip Gallery from your application's Insert menu to see other categories.
