Group Diary Views

Overview of the activities of the workgroup at any one time. Groups can include both users and resources and be viewed either by the whole workgroup or by just the individual user. Information is displayed as a 7-day Tabular View of the selected users' diaries or as a 1-day to 6 month Chart View with timelines indicating users' appointments. Entries can be made in the Tabular View if the user has the appropriate access rights.
