Downloading Sapphire/Web System Administration
Sapphire/Web is delivered as a compressed tar file.
To unpack the Sapphire/Web product distribution:
- 1. Use
uncompress (.Z) to uncompress the compressed tar file.
uncompress sapphire_3.0.tar.Z
2. Use tar (.tar) to extract the tar file.
tar -xvf sapphire_3.0.tar
You should now see both the tar file and the directory sapphire_home. in your current directory. This new directory contains the unpacked Sapphire/Web files.
