A Resource About Pain Statistic
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Have you ever attended a party where the evening's entertainment
consisted of a well organized Treasure Hunt? They can be a lot of fun even
when the "treasures" are a bit less than valuable. Well, this section of my
column is a bit like a treasure hunt for me, but the principle that my readers
deserve real value for their efforts, can sometimes make the search a bit more
difficult than any party effort. Since it is impossible for me to answer all
your questions, or even be as complete as I would like to be, I have developed
this method of finding important information for you, that can be the answers
I would love to give you personally. I hope you are taking advantage of these
resources, today's important offering being no exception. Its called "Don't
Become a Pain Statistic: How to prevent jogging injury and stiffness of
arthritis." The little booklet is a real find, as it discusses these
subjects, all the while providing helpful hints and instructions that can
actually reduce your risk for these types of pain. Learning how to perform
the Hamstring, Heelcord and Knee to Chest Stretches can do much to make your
jog a more enjoyable one. And it is all yours without charge. Simply send
your request, and a stamped self addressed envelope directly to the American
Physical Therapy Association, Box AB, 1111 North Fairfax Street, Alexandria,
VA 22314. Your copy will soon be in the mail, back to you.
