CALCALC Ver 2.1 is a calendar calculator which makes it easy to find a
new date by adding or subtracting days from a given date. It also finds
the number of years, months, and days separating two dates as well as
the total number of days between them. This version of CALCALC works
with any pair of dates in the 20th century.
The program is self-contained with a tutorial, help screens, and
configuration utilities integrated into the software.
The executable program is named CALCALC.EXE. Its default configuration
parameters are set for generic DOS machines and US style date formats.
The program checks whether the video card supports color or monochrome
displays and then acts accordingly. Any computer running DOS should be able
to run this program. If you have a "100% IBM compatible" computer you may
improve performance if you use the SETUP option found on the main
screen to tell CALCALC to use its fastest techniques for screen updates.
The SETUP option will also let you change screen colors and date formats.
When the defaults are changed, CALCALC creates a small configuration file
named CALCALC.CFG. If this file is deleted, CALCALC reverts to its default
values.
This program is copyrighted and distributed as shareware, the opening
notice discusses the details.
