PREPARATION
1.Lie on your back with your knees
bent and feet flat on the floor.
2.Cross your hands over your
chest.
3.Raise your head from the floor
and breathe in.
EXERCISE
1.Breathe out as you curl your
shoulders away from the floor.
2.Breathe in as you lower your
shoulders back to the floor.
Keep your head raised and do not
relax your abdominals.
Keep the movement small: a short
impulse is required, not a full
sit-up.
MAINLY FOR: Rectus abdominis
