  2.                         DSIK License Agreement
  3.                             and Order Form

  5. The following terms are available for licensing the DSIK library.
  6. Please select the terms that fit your product at submit payment to
  7. the address listed below.
  8.  
  9.     1. Non commercial licence, like a DEMO group or a freeware program.
  10.  
  11.        a. - Pay 30 DM once.
  12.           - The user have to write the following term in the
  13.             acknowledgements of their program:
  14.  
  15.             This program uses the DSIK sound system for WATCOM C/C++
  16.             and DOS/4GW from Carlos Hasan. Questions to the library

  20.     2. Shareware programmers.
  21.  
  22.        a. - Pay 375 DM the first time they use it.
  23.        b. - Pay 525 DM per product (not product version)
  24.             when it sold more than 6000 DM .
  25.           - They have to deliver two copies of each product
  26.             version to Carlos Hasan and Egeling Computer
  27.             (four copies in total).
  28.           - In the shareware version they have to write:

  35.     3. Commercial use.

  37.        a. - Pay 1050 DM per product and add the following notice
  38.             where ever credits/acknowledgements are in the product
  39.             (this includes the BOX and manual if applicable):

  51.             the same thing as above,
  52.        c. - Pay 3000 DM per product and be quiet.
  53.           - They have to deliver two copies of each product
  54.             version to Carlos Hasan and Egeling Computer
  55.             (four copies in total).
  56.        d. - Pay 15000 DM once and be quiet.
  57.           - They have to deliver two copies of each product
  58.             version to Carlos Hasan and Egeling Computer
  59.             (four copies in total).
