  1.                         DSIK License Agreement
  2.                             and Order Form

  4. The following terms are available for licensing the DSIK library.
  5. Please select the terms that fit your product at submit payment to
  6. the address listed below.
  7.  
  8.     1. Non commercial licence, like a DEMO group or a freeware program.
  9.  
  10.        a. - Pay 20 USD once.
  11.           - The user have to write the following term in the
  12.             acknowledgements of their program:
  13.  
  14.             This program uses the DSIK sound system for WATCOM C/C++
  15.             and DOS/4GW from Carlos Hasan. Questions to the library
  16.             should be directed to:

  19.     2. Shareware programmers.
  20.  
  21.        a. - Pay 250 USD the first time they use it.
  22.        b. - Pay 350 USD per product (not product version)
  23.             when it sold more than 4000 USD.
  24.           - They have to deliver two copies of each product
  25.             version to Carlos Hasan and HomeBrew
  26.             (four copies in total).
  27.           - In the shareware version they have to write:

  34.     3. Commercial use.

  36.        a. - Pay 700 USD per product and add the following notice
  37.             where ever credits/acknowledgements are in the product
  38.             (this includes the BOX and manual if applicable):

  51.        c. - Pay 2000 USD per product and be quiet
  52.           - They have to deliver two copies of each product
  53.             version to Carlos Hasan and HomeBrew
  54.             (four copies in total).
  55.        d. - Pay 10000 USD once and be quiet.
  56.           - They have to deliver two copies of each product
  57.             version to Carlos Hasan and HomeBrew
  58.             (four copies in total).
