QUICK REFERENCE GUIDE
Here are the basics. See how to setup, pay bills, review records, etc.
See how to access the Personal Information form...
o From the Main Menu, select the "Setup and Configuration" option.
o From the Setup and Configuration menu, select the "User Setup to
Pay Bills" option.
See how to access the Communications form...
o From the Main Menu, select the "Setup and Configuration" option.
o From the Setup and Configuration menu, select the "Setup for
Communications" option.
See how to add a merchant to the Merchant List...
o From the Main Menu, select the "Schedule Payments" option.
o From the Schedule Payment screen, select the "Merchant" option.
o From the Merchant Maintenance menu, select the "Add to Merchant
List" option.
o The Merchant information form is displayed.
See how to change a merchant already shown on the Merchant List...
o From the Main Menu, select the "Schedule Payments" option.
o From the Schedule Payment screen, select the "Merchant" option.
o From the Merchant Maintenance menu, select the "Change a Merchant"
option.
o A highlight line appears on the Merchant List. Use the arrow keys
to highlight the merchant whose information you wish to change;
then, press [ENTER].
o The Merchant information form is displayed with the selected
merchant's current information.

o From the Main Menu, select the "Schedule Payments" option.
o From the Schedule Payment screen, select the "Merchant" option.
o From the Merchant Maintenance menu, select the "Delete a Merchant"
option.
o A highlight line appears on the Merchant List. Use the arrow keys
to highlight the merchant you wish to delete; then, press [ENTER].
o The Merchant information form is displayed with the selected
merchant's current information.

o From the Main Menu, select the "Schedule Payments" option.
o From the Schedule Payment screen, select the "Payment" option.
o From the Payment menu, select the "Initiate a Payment" option.
o A highlight line appears on the Merchant List. Use the arrow keys
to highlight the merchant you wish to pay; then, press [ENTER]. A
computer check is displayed.

o From the Main Menu, select the "Schedule Payments" option.
o From the Schedule Payment screen, select the "Payment" option.
o From the Payment menu, select the "Cancel a Payment" option.
o A highlight line appears on the Merchant List. Use the arrow keys
to highlight the merchant whose payment you wish to delete; then,
press [ENTER].

o From the Schedule Payment screen, select the "Payment" option.
o From the Payment menu, select the "Change a Payment" option.
o A highlight line appears on the Merchant List. Use the arrow keys
to highlight the merchant whose payment you wish to change; then,
press [ENTER].
o The computer check appears containing the payment information. Use
the arrow keys to position the cursor at the field(s) you wish to
change.

o You may use the arrow keys to scroll through the register.

information has been entered, select the "Review/Send Transactions"
option from the Schedule Payments screen.
o From the Review/Send Transactions menu, select the "Merchant
Transaction Review" option.

o From the Review/Send Transactions menu, select the "Payment Trans-
action Review" option.

o From the Main Menu, select the "Review/Balance Register" option.
o From the Register screen, select the "Payments" option.
o From the Payment Maintenance menu, select the "Add a Payment to
the Register" option.
o Complete the Register form.

o From the Register screen, select the "Payments" option.
o From the Payment Maintenance menu, select the "Change a Payment"
option.
o Use the arrow keys to highlight the payment you wish to change;
then, press [ENTER].
o Correct the Register form.

o Use the arrow keys to highlight the deposit you wish to change;

o Use the up/down arrow keys to highlight the deposit you wish to
delete; then, press [ENTER].

o From the Register screen, select the "Reconcile" option.
o Using the arrow keys, highlight the items cleared by your bank;
then, press [ENTER].
o When all items which have been cleared by the bank have been
checked off, press [INS].
o Enter the ending balance from your bank statement; then, press
[ENTER[.

o From the Budgeting and Reports menu, select the report you wish to
view or print.
o Press [ENTER] and answer the prompts.

o From the Budgeting and Reports menu, select the "Export Register
to Spreadsheet" option.
o Press [ENTER] and answer the prompts.
Special Reminders...
o Use the [F1] key for on- screen information at any time.
o Press [ESC] to return to the previous screen.
