  1. OS HELP FILE

  3. OS COMMANDS:
  4.  
  5. OS TIME  -  Returns the Date and Time
  6.  
  7. OS DATE  -  Returns the Date and Time (duplicates the OS TIME command)
  8.  
  9. OS SEARCH - Returns a complete list of subdirectories and databases which
  10.             can be searched using the OS SEARCH command
  11.  
  12. OS SEARCH [database or subdirectory] [search word] - Searches the specified
  13.             database or subdirectory for the search word you specify.  With 
  14.             subdirectory searches, the file name and the first line in the file
  15.             which contains the search word will be returned.  For database
  16.             searches, any line in the database which matches the search word
  17.             is returned.

  19. examples:   OS SEARCH ARRL ANTENNA
  20.             (searches the ARRL subdire-
  21.             ctory for files containing
  22.             the search word "ANTENNA")
  23.  
  24.             OS SEARCH LIBRARY SATELLITE
  25.             (searches the LIBRARY sub-
  26.             directory for files which
  27.             contain the search word
  28.             "SATELLITE")
  29.  
  30.             OS SEARCH DIGI OMAHA
  31.             (searches the DIGI data-
  32.             base for a list of all
  33.             digipeaters in "OMAHA")
  34.  
  35.             OS SEARCH GENERAL SUBJECT:
  36.             (searches for the search-
  37.             word "SUBJECT:" in the
  38.             "GENERAL" subdirectory and
  39.             returns a list of Subjects
  40.             of all files within it)
