Subject: upload for tex directory

Keith:
I have finally gotten everything working (I think) and uploaded the TEX
utilities WEAVE and TANGLE. They are MS-DOS executables and were
supplied by Personal TEX Inc, on their "gift" disk. I contacted PTI and
received permission to post these to your system for public access.
The programs are used to generate Pascal source and TEX source from WEB
source (a combination of code and documentation). For more info on WEB,
see Literate Programming, which is generally included in one of the
misc directories of the TEX distribution.
I have "source" for these in the sense that the WEB source for each is
in the TEX distribution. I do not have the change files that PTI used
to generate the MS-Pascal versions. I have used these for several
months and have found no untoward effects on my PCs. Also, PTI is a
commercial outfit of at least modest reputation and has distributed
these versions under their own name.
This arc contains two files, TANGLE.EXE and WEAVE.EXE. They were packed
with the latest version of pkarc (appeared on the net within the past
month.) I used the -oc switch.
