----- EZmenu Version 1.11 -----
Released as ShareWare by Lafayette & Carrington Software (C) 1988
EZmenu is designed to be a very easy menu system for even the semi-novice
to master quickly. However, it has attractive features to the experienced
user as well.
SETTING up
Simply invoke EZsetup by typing "EZSETUP"
The setup routine contains internal help, and given that the user
has minimal DOS familiarity, there should be no problems whatsoever.
BEFORE YOU GET STARTED:
You will need to know the following about each program you wish to place
under the menu structure:
1) The name under which you want it to appear within the menu
2) The directory that it is run from e.g. \LOTUS
3) The drive that it is run from e.g. C:
4) The command used to invoke it e.g. 123
PLUS:
For EZsetup you will need to know:
1) What the default drive (or startup drive from which you will run EZmenu)
is on your system.............................e.g. C:
2) What the path to EZmenu.exe will be...........e.g. \BIN
3) What options you would like to use
INVOKING EZmenu:
IF you selected the NO option when EZsetup asks if you would like to run
in the "batch mode" then you will type EZMENU to run this program.
IF you selected YES then type EZ to run the program
Note that by NOT selecting the "batch mode" EZmenu will use 130K of your
RAM at all times. I suggest running it in the "batch mode" unless you have
RAM to burn and really want to tweak that extra speed out of the system.
Batch mode is the defualt.
EZmenu will run either in full color, or BW at your selection.
EZmenu does nothing stupid; the defaults for EZsetup make a good guess
and omission of some information will not cause an error in EZmenu, but
may not do too much for you either.
WITHIN EZmenu:
For help with the commands available, type "?" and an internal
help screen will appear. You will find the variety of options
impressive and useful.

Hit "I" at the intro screen to EZsetup for a run-down. It is worth the $$.
