  8. menu.  Now type "phonebook" and press ESCape again.  When you're 
  9. playing the game, pressing "0" on the top line of numerical keys 
  10. will take you to the next stage.  Pressing "3" gives you the bonus
  11. stages, and holding CTRL gives you super jump.
