  3. Enhancements include:
  4.   - Time Management functions
  5.       - Date/Time Stamp information is produced an can be generated 
  6.         at an interval determined from the configuration file.
  7.         The generation of the Date/Time Stamp can be disabled, if not desired.
  8.       - A file being Captured to disk is now save to disk at regular 
  9.         intervals.  The interval is the same interval used to generate the 
  10.         Date/Time Stamp above.  This feature comes in handy if there is a
  11.         power failure, most of the captured file will be accessable on disk.
  12.       - The Display Version Screen shown on initial program load does not
  13.         require the <ENTER> key to be hit if the program is executed with
  14.         the '/V' switch.  (EX: PACKCOM /V ).
