PackCom Version 0.67 in now on PCEVE
Enhancements included:
Alt-I Option 20 has been added to allow Key Word's to be searched within
incomming packets. Once one of these Key Word's is detected then the
incomming packet can set off an Alarm, or a short Bell, or it can be Lanced.
Also the Foreground and Background Colors of all detected packets can be
altered (except for Lanced ones of course).
Up to 16 Key Words can be entered, along with thier associated Colors and
Special Effects. All Key Words are converted to uppercase automatically
within the Key Word List and incomming packets are converted to uppercase
before the matching process begins.
The Alarm Special Effect last approxamatly 7 seconds, and can be optionally
turned off sooner by hitting any key while the Alarm is sounding.
Key Board Input is also highlited when echoed from the tnc and also when
digipeated. With highliting consist of the Foreground and Background
Colors that were specified for the first Key Word to search on.
The Key Word list is processed from top to bottom with the first Key Word
matching being processed and the rest skipped. If an incomming packet or
TNC echo of Keyboard Input matches something that was just typed in on the
keyboard then is highlited only and the Key Word list and its associated
Special Effect processing are bypassed.
