  117.  This can be a bitch! The helicopter throws bombs at you. When it reaches the
  118.  bottom of the screen, use your rainbows to climb upwards. When it passes,
  119.  jump on the rainbows and keep throwing them. You may need to repeat this
  120.  process.

  122. Level three:

  124.  This is the easiest one to kill. Go into a corner and bombard him with
  125.  rainbows, remembering to jump up on them.

  129.  The teddy bear bounces around the edges of the screen. It's easy to predict
  130.  where he is going to jump, so just keep throwing rainbows and stay out of
  131.  his way. Beware of the four smaller teddy bears which mirror the big one's
  132.  movement.

  136.  This Arkanoid-style creature fires tiles at you, but they're easy to avoid.
  137.  Jump up, throw a rainbow and then quickly break it. If you die, lose your
  138.  invincibility when you come back again to take away some of his energy.
  139.  The invincibility lasts 5 seconds.

  143.  Go to the top of the screen and throw rainbows at the robot. Then drop to
  144.  the bottom of the screen. As the robot comes down, climb to the top of the
  145.  screen and continue to fire rainbows, dodging whatever he shoots at you.

  149.  The dragon breaths deadly blasts of fire so keep out of his way and (guess
  150.  what?) bombard him with rainbows.

  157. When the Activision logo appears on-screen, hold down the Control, S, U, and
  158. Alternate keys. Now when you're playing, the rope won't snap, you have

  165. If you do a directory of the KQ disk, you will discover there are a number of
  166. files named KQ456 with various suffixes. These are data files containing
  167. details of every item in the game. Just read them like text files.

  173. Start the game as normal and then let yourself be knocked down straightaway.
  174. Press the space bar to pause the game and fire to resume. Your opponents can
  175. no longer hit you. This also works when playing against a human opponent.

  181. You can only catch a plane to the Bermuda Triangle if you're trained by the
  182. Guru first. To enter the temple where the Guru lives, give the book on
  183. enlightenment to the guard standing outside.

  185. When you're captured by the aliens in the Bermuda Triangle, give the king
  186. alien the membership card. You can get the card by filling out an application
  187. form in the phone company (using the yellow crayon under Zak's sink) and then
  188. mailing it.

  190. To get past the guard at Stonehenge, give him the bottle of whisky. The bum
  191. at Miami airport only gives you his bottle when you show him the Book Of
  192. Enlightenment. Get the book by giving your cashcard to the devotee in San
  193. Fransisco (cashcard under the desk in Zak's bedroom: reach it by using the
  194. torn off wallpaper).

  196. You can go straight to the Camponian Sekret room by lifting up the corner of
  197. the mat in Zak's bedroom. You need the monkey wrench (found in the toolbox
  198. in Lou's shop) to lift up the hatch under the mat. To go down the hole, tie
  199. the rope (also found in the toolbox) to the doorhandle in Zak's bedroom and
  200. then climb down.

  213. series of pulsating bars bars appear on either side of the map signifying
  214. that you have entered the EDIT mode. Move the selection cursor around the
  215. map and alter the land by pressing F1 - F10.

  221. To get into Kylearan's  Tower, go to level three of Harkyn's Castle and
  222. attack the statuette 1N,21E. First, however, you must collect the Mad God's
  223. eye from level three of the catacombs which are located at 19N,20E. To get
  224. into Mangar's Tower, go to level three of the sewers where you will find
  225. stairs that lead up to it. Before going up the stairs, collect the onyx
  226. key from Kylearan's Tower at 13N,17E.

  238. The easiest way of completing the game is to simply go to Shining Hollow as
  239. quickly as possible and blow the whole place up with dynamite. If that seems
  240. a little bit too easy, then blow up the three radio stations to recruit
  241. everyone.

  243. The most valuable people to recruit are Virginia Caygill (great skier),
  244. Franco Grazzini (great hang-glider), Amelia Randles (excelent recruiter),
  245. and Karl Rudinski and John Stark who are both great drivers.

  247. The best vehicle to get around in is the snow wolf.
  248.  
  249. If you are going to travel through enemy territory, take a nurse or doctor
  250. with you to patch you up when you get injured.

  256. When asked for a password from the manual, type in "SARA". When asked for the
  257. password the second time, type in the correct one. To go into the cheat mode
  258. at any time in the game, press the asterisk (*).
