  2. What's really inconvenient at the moment, is that we should make a
  3. second pass over .macros. Maybe we ought to grab on definition all
  4. forward references and put them in the macro header, and when the macro
  5. gets called we undef it. On the other hand, maybe this inconsistency
  6. isn't too bad. We'll see in the long run.
