  7.
  8.
  9.                     If you wanted to utilise the Stars
  10.                    extension, you would need to copy the
  11.                     STARS.EXH file to your STOS folder.
  12.                    This will now be installed into STOS
  13.                    when you need load STOS Basic. If you
  14.                    have the STOS Compiler, you will need
  15.                     to copy the file STARS.ECH into the
  16.                    COMPILER folder on the compiler disk.
  17.                      This will now be installed in the
  18.                        compiler program, and will be
  19.                     automatically detected whenever you
  20.                     try to compile a program that uses
  21.                            the STARS extension.
  22.
  23.                    When you get an extension, you should
  24.                     have one file with an extension of
  25.                    EX? where the questionmark can be any
  26.                    letter excluding B. This is the file
  27.                    that you copy into the STOS folder on
  28.                            the STOS Basic disk.
  29.                      You should also have a file which
  30.                     corresponds with the STOS extension
  31.                         file, and this will have an
  32.                      extension of EC?. This is the one
  33.                     file that you should copy into the
  34.                      COMPILER folder on your compiler
  35.                                    disk.
  36.
  37.                     However, NEVER try to copy files to
  38.                    the original disk. Always use a copy
  39.                       of the disk, in case you make a
  40.                     mistake and overwrite an important
  41.                                    file.
