GIVEAWAY TIME!
First off i must explain something to you all, Originally i gave
the source to one issue of STOSSER away in the following issue,
Some of you have noticed there was no source to issue four in
issue five, Otheres will no doubt notice that there is no source
to issue five in this issue six, WHY NOT?
A couple of reasons, For one, the size of the source, I am
unsure of how much interest there is in the source for the zine,
The amount of disk space it takes up cuts down on the amount of
other source i can give you, in fact if i had put the source in
last month , there would have been NO room for any other
routines,
Allthough issue 4 and 5 was produced on my half meg STFM , It
will not run in basic on a half meg machine, Sounds strange i
know, but i had to make the program in parts then when ready
string them all together and compile it , then test it out, you
can imagine the amount of work this involves if there was the
slightest change needed making to the end product, Anyway as i
said the source ( BAS ) Will not run on a half meg and as most
users do have a half meg i dident see the point it using up all
that disk space,
All the above was explained within STOSSER last month, But it
seems that some people are so interested in the giveaways that
they do not read the files, TUT TUT
So if anyone would like the source to any issue of STOSSER
including the one you are reading then all you have to do is ask,
I am NOT charging for it or anything, All i ask is that you use a
stamped addressed envalope and a disk, BUT NOT A BLANK DISK!,
Surely you must have some p.d. you can put on the disk, or
artwork, pictures etc, anything is better than a blank disk, I in
return will not only send you the source you asked for, but i
will also make sure i send you a FULL disk of stuff,
write to me TONY GREENWOOD for the source to any or all issues
of STOSSER DISKZINE
This disk, Well its full as usual, I managed to keep the actual
program quite small this month, So that means plenty of disk
space left,
You will find a tutorial folder that contains the example files
for the various tutorials, plus the actual doc file for the said
tutorials,
the prob_ans folder will contain any example files that tie in
with the problems and answers section,
i havent botherd with music, 3d, acb's, extensions or the like
this month, i have put as much actual source ( BASIC FILES ) as
is humanly possible onto this disk, theres loads so enjoy
yourself,
Unless you write and tell KEEFY what you want to see on the
disk, we will never know will we, Try filling out the
questionaire on this disk, go on it wont kill you!
This is Tony Greenwood Signing Off...........Bye!
