  3. Redistributable Code is identified as the following files

  13. REDIST\DIRECTX\DRIVERS\AUDIO\BIN

  31. In addition to the Distribution Requirements listed
  32. in Section 1 of the EULA, your distribution of the
  33. Redistributable Code is subject to the following additional
  34. provisions:

  36. a.  You may either (i) distribute all of the 
  37. Redistributable Code integrated with
  38. your Application together in a single set, or 
  39. (ii) distribute one or more of the following files 
  40. separately for use in conjunction with your Application
  41. (such as on your Web site): WEBDIST\directx.exe, 
  42. WEBDIST\directx.cab, or WEBDIST\directx.zip.
  43. b.  You must include all of the the Redistributable Code in your
  44. Application in the same order as they appear on the
  45. SOFTWARE PRODUCT cd.
  46. c.  You may not modify the names of the Redistributable
  47. Code, nor may you change the directory structure of the
  48. Redistributable Code when you include such files in your
  49. Application.  
  50. d.  You must not remove the notice included in the 
  51. "directx\license.txt" file in your distribution of the 
  52. Redistributable Code.  You may, however, disable the presentation
  53. of the "directx\license.txt" file in any distribution of the the 
  54. Redistributable Code integrated with your Application. 
  55. e.  You must include an end user license agreement with your
  56. Application that grants a limited license to use the 
  57. REDISTRIBUTABLE COMPONENTS only with Microsoft operating
  58. system products and otherwise protects Microsoft's and 
  59. its suppliers intellectual property rights in the 
  60. REDISTRIBUTABLE COMPONENTS.
  61. f.  You must otherwise comply with the terms and conditions
  62. of the EULA.
