  10.         <p>When you create electronic payments on the <emph>Manage scheduled bills and deposits</emph> page while not connected to the Internet, you can choose to either connect and submit them to your bill pay provider or financial institution, or save them to send later. If you save them to send later, they will appear in the list on the <emph>Manage scheduled bills and deposits</emph> page with the status <emph>Ready to send</emph>.</p>
