This legal document is an agreement between you, the end user, and
NB Information Limited ("NB Information") for the software
accompanying this agreement, which includes computer software, any
associated media, printed materials and electronic documentation
("Software"). By running the installation program for the Software
you are agreeing to become bound by the terms of this agreement,
which includes the software licence and limited warranty. If you

NB Information Software Licence
This Software is protected by copyright laws and international
copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and
treaties. The Software is licensed, not sold.
1. GRANT OF LICENCE. The Software is licensed as follows:
* Evaluation. Subject to the terms below, NB Information grants
you the right to install and use a copy of the Software for
evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 30 days. If you
use this software after the 30 day evaluation period a licence fee
of 21.27 pounds sterling must be paid, together with applicable
taxes.
* Installation and Use. In consideration of payment of the licence
fee, and your agreement to abide by the terms and conditions of this
Licence and the Limited Warranty, NB Information grants you a
nonexclusive right to install and use a copy of the Software on a
single computer so long as you comply with the terms of this

* Maintenance of Copyright Notices. You must not remove or alter
any copyright notices on any parts of the Software.
* Distribution. You may not distribute copies of the Software to

Disassembly. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or
disassemble the Software, except and only to the extent that such
activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding
this limitation.
* Termination. Without prejudice to any other rights, NB
Information may terminate this agreement if you fail to comply with
the terms and conditions of the agreement. In such event, you must
destroy all copies of the Software and all of its component parts.
3. COPYRIGHT. All title, including but not limited to copyrights,
in and to the Software and any copies thereof are owned by NB
Information or its suppliers. All rights not expressly granted are
reserved by NB Information.
4. MISCELLANEOUS. This Licence shall be governed and construed in
accordance with the laws of England and shall benefit NB
Information, its successors and assigns.
Limited Warranty and Disclaimer of Warranty
THE SOFTWARE AND ACCOMPANYING WRITTEN MATERIALS
(INCLUDING INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE) ARE PROVIDED "AS IS"
WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. FURTHER, NB INFORMATION
DOES NOT WARRANT, GUARANTEE OR MAKE ANY
REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE, OR THE RESULTS OF
