  4.     There are some problems with
  5. Dvorak, however.  An experienced
  6. typist who starts learning the Dvorak
  7. pattern will soon become very slow
  8. and confused with QWERTY. For a year
  9. or two, the typist is slow with both
  10. layouts!  And, of course, there is an
  11. equipment problem. Typewriters have
  12. to be specially designed.
  13.     For computer keyboards, there are
  14. programs which will cause most standard
  15. software to work with Dvorak, however.
  16. A Dvorak option is built into Microsoft
  17. Windows.  For DOS, it is an option
  18. which came with the old MS-DOS version
  19. 3.20. If you have version 5.0, you can
  20. use the old add-in with SETVER.EXE.
