As the originator of the "cube" product line, Aztech has managed to find its
niche in the shareware market with hit titles such as The Kids Cube, and the
Home Entertainment Cube. Both of these titles have been ranked in the top 10 by
PC Data at one time. Following on the success of these two titles, Aztech has
introduced the Kids Win Cube and The Hall of Fame Games Cube.
Established in 1992, Aztech has had an impressive presence in the marketplace.
Our success is based on the premise of offering value to the consumer with user
friendly software at competitive price points.
During the past year Aztech has continued its growth by exploring additional markets.
The Home@Office suite features 7 specific packs each rich with quality, functionality
and content. The series is aimed at the SOHO and student market. Each
Home@Office cube and/or pack contain popular application discs. The award
winning Harvard Graphics, Pressworks, and the top drawing package 1st Design,
Professional, royalty free photos, and clip art all strongly contribute to the
series. New from Aztech is The Document Pack which features TextBridge by
Xerox.
The current Home@Office series is being replaced with the Keep It Simple Series. Each pack has
virtually the same content with some minor improvements in each. Along with the new content, the
packaging is fresh, fun and alive. The Sales Rep Tools pack is NEW from Aztech and is the first
of the Keep It Simple line.
The ability to compile excellent content with effective merchandising tools is another
factor in Aztech's success. By supplying retailers with durable and aesthetically
pleasing spinner racks, Aztech is able to place 80 titles on the sales floor
within a 15 square inch footprint.
Aztech is filling the pipeline with high quality, fun and entertaining Macintosh
titles. By taking advantage of the need for quality software in the Mac market,
Aztech has continued to diversify. In 1996, Aztech began
to produce titles for this segment. The Mac cube was the #2 best selling Macintosh game
for 1996 according to PC Data.
The More MacCube has recently been released and has been quickly received by
consumers who love their Macs.
Full version commercial games are also part of the Aztech ensemble. The top rated
MacPack Attack has received critical acclaim by achieving status on the Top 10 best
selling games chart quickly after its introduction. Aztech released the second in a
line of Macintosh Commercial Game Packs with the MackPack Counter Attack. This spring (1997)
Aztech will be launching their 3rd great attack. The MacPack Sneak Attack features Descent and
nine other hit titles.
Aztech has also developed PC game packs. The Fab Five games pack, which was introduced
in Nobmever, 1996 is soon to be joined by other creating combinations from Aztech.
Aztech's capability and flexibility have allowed the company to customize
product and/or packaging to meet the needs of specific retailers as well as a
number of OEM customers around the world.
