  5.     Description:     K-Synch is a 32 bit program written in Delphi and used to 
  6.             Synch folders/dirs. It allows the copy of hidden, system,
  7.             and newer files. K-Synch uses SCHEMES. Each Scheme can 
  8.             contain From/To information. Each Scheme has a unique name
  9.             and K-Synch allows you to Queue up to five (5) Schemes.

  11.             It runs ONLY on Windows 95 and is FREEWARE!

  14.     Installation:    Where ever you run K-Synch the first time it will make 
  15.             it's home. Simply unzip K-Synch to any directory.

  19.             into K-Synch. Simply click on my EMail address and write

  39.         the other arising out of or related to this agreement shall be brought only 
  40.         in a STATE or FEDERAL COURT of competent jurisdiction located in Cobb county,
  41.         Georgia. The parties hereby consent to in personam jurisdiction of said courts.

  48.             BEEST Software allows you unlimited use of K-Synch until such time as
  49.             pigs fly and or Microsoft sells 51% controlling interest to IBM.
