2) Through the second window to the left above the ledge you first jump on from the top of the box.
3) Behind the Biker Bimbos poster one the wall of this room.
4) In theater lobby, press the cash register. There is a lift on the wall to the right of the spot that opens or you can jet pack there later.
5) In the lobby above the trash can next to the elevator to the arcade.
6) In the projection room next to the fire extinguisher. This can also be accessed from the vent shaft in the bathroom. Jump on top of the projector.
7) Blow a hole in the movie screen at the crack.
8) Back on the street. Face the front of the theater. Through a window above the plam tree to the right of the theater entrance. Belive it or not, you can get there without a jet pack.
Notable: This one most people miss. If you face the level exit switch, turn around. Go back out on the walkway facing the door you came out. On this wall, very high and to the right is an alcove. You need a jet pack to get there.
In the air duct that runs between the bathroom and the secret room next to the projector room, there is a weak spot at the corner. Blow it open for a Holoduke.
There are 8 in E1 L2: Red Light District
In the bookstore:
1) The bookcase on the wall to the right from where you enter.
2) On top of the bookcase behind the counter in the corner next to the health atom.
3) To the right of the elevator in the dark hallway.
In the strip club:
4) Behind the toilet in the bathroom. ( This is also accessed from the manhole cover).
5) Behind the dancers on the stage to the right of the entrance.
6) The air vent on the wall to the right of the entrance.
7) Behind the curtain to the right and above the curtain switch.
8) Light colored panel next to crates near the exit.
There are 10 in E1 L3: Death Row
In the chapel:
1) A raising platform next the the wall at the entrance.
2) Behind the stained glass windows behind the alter.
3) In the first cell in the hallway: Behind the cot.
4) In the room with the turning gears: On the ledge with the healing atom, follow ledge to left, around corner, open panel for night vision goggles.
In the courtyard:
5) The area above the door to the sub area. Enter from either side. These are false walls.
6) On the rock wall above the red key card is a weak spot. Blow it open with the RPG.
7) & 8) From the hologram room, open the red door, go to the end of the walkway, prees the panel to open the map and two alcoves up to the right and left.
9) Up the right slope of the courtyard door on the sub side of the door.
10) In the sub, next to the crate, a panel opens to the engine room.
There are 14 in E1 L4: Toxic Dump
1) As you exit the sub, turn to the right. Go through the hole in the wall. Blow open the weak spot on the wall next to the medkit. Follow the path to the end and surface. Blow open the wall behind the barrels.
2) Run through the fire on top of the sub. This opens a panel inside the sub. Go back underwater, go back inside the sub and surface.
3) From the ledge where the blue key is, there are two alcoves with turret guns. Blow the guns and jump to the alcove on the right. A panel moves opening a compartment.
The books say you need a jetpack or steroids to get to the alcove on the left, but I've always been able to just take a running jump there. Move a panel to a round room. Another panel in this room also opens.
4) Enter the blue acessed door. Just after the first bend, a panel to the right can be opened. Go inside and open another panel.
5) After you get the red key, there is an area of red slim off the right side of the conveyer belt. Jump off into it, on the left wall is a panel.
6) In the room at the top of the conveyer belt is a blue box switch. This opens a panel on the tubes to the right. Jump inside the tube next to the switch and jump up.
7) After you surface from the sunken control room that raised the water level, before you jump across to the opposite ledge, turn to the right. Use the night vision goggles to see a large dark hole in the wall. Jump there and go to the back area, there's another small ledge there.
8) Go back and jump across to the large ledge. Blow the weak spot on the wall and take out the Alien. Blow the weak spots in the walls to make a shortcut back to the sub. But go back to the large ledge first.
9) Go in the room to the right that has the switch for the 02 door underwater. Face the monitor. On the small section of wall to the right, crouch down and open a panel.
10) Go back to the large ledge area. On the wall to the left, about half way between the edge of the ledge and the square hole you jumped to before, is a false panel. If you jump or jetpack there you'll find a transporter that will take you to the end of the level. You can go there and transport back.
11) After you go through the gears and surface, as you ride down the stream hold the down arrow button on the keyboard down. This will slow you down. Watch the wall on the right as the stream bends to the left. There is a weak spot in the wall. Blow it open, hug the wall to right and jump in as you pass or jetpack there.
12) The hardest secret place is behind the moving platform with the niche.
--- Get into the water next to the platform, the platform should be between you and the red switch.
--- Shoot the switch and drop below the water.
--- Shoot out the fan behind the platform.
SAVE YOUR GAME. You now can:
1. Go stand on top fo the platform at the niche, hold down the z"key,shoot the switch, step off the platform and have it push you into the duct ( or squish you against the wall). Going up the duct completes this secret. The button moves the platform to exit.
2. Float in the water as before, shoot the switch, dive and swim into the duct.
13) After you get across the platforms, before you follow the slim stream. In the first room there is a large fan. Shoot out the fan. There is a small ledge to the right you can stand on to jump into the duct or jetpack there.
14) As you go down the last slim stream, on the left wall as the stream makes the last bend to the left, is a weak spot. Blow it open. This takes you to the secret level
Launch Facility.
There are 6 in E1 L5: Abyss
1) After the first quake, go up the dark path. At the first landing turn around and go up the path to the right. At the top, face the last fire alcove on the left of the stairs. The third section of wall to the right raises. You have to enter the alcove for it to count.
2) Jump down into the pit with the fire in the middle. Run into the fire. This is a transporter to the secret room you see from above the rope bridge.
3) The ledge in this room with the RPG counts as a secret place.
4) From where you enter the lava lake area, follow the wall to the right. Jump up the ledge stairway. At the top, to the right is a weak spot on the wall.
5) As you exit back out the above hole in the wall, jump across to the island and press the handprint switch. A panel opens above you to the left. Jump up there and stay to the left.
6) Across from the large green door that leds to the alien ship, there is a panel on the wall that opens.
There are 4 in E1 L6: Secret Level: Launch Facility
1) A wall opens in the bottom of the slim pool after you get the blue key.
2) In the room with the raised platform with the healing atom on it, there is a fan in the ceiling above the ramp. You have to jetpack up and down.
3) In the control room with the switch that opens the doors going out to the rocket. Face the switch, turn around and there is a panel on the wall that opens.
4) In the last room before you go into the sewer drain there's a computer control panel. Jump up onto the ledge and press the panel.
