1) A panel opposite the monitor to the left when you first enter the level.
2) Behind the monitor screens to the right of the switch that turns off the force field.
3) The "Authorized Personnel" sign is a false panel. This area can be accessed from the vent shaft in the room with the blue key. (You have to jump up twice in the shaft).
4) Above the gas canisters next to the "Out of Order" elevator shaft is an alcove with a healing atom. When you land in this alcove you will hear a door open. This door is on the first floor between the elevator door and the door to the blue key room. Turn off the force field in the shaft first. Land on the alcove and jump down the shaft. Surface and run for the corner. Steroids help. There's only chaingun ammo.
5) Near the top of the shaft is an area down a tunnel with a Devastator.
6) In the hall before the exit doors there is a lighted area where an Enforcer comes down. This is a down elevator. Walk up to the wall and press the space bar.

1) & 2) As you enter the first room, on the wall to the left is a control panel. To the right of this is a panel that opens to an alcove. Jump into the alcove and press the back wall.
Look in the monitor. This room counts as two secret places.
3) As you go around the panel into the second wallway area, there is a crest on the wall to the right. It is a false wall. Jump inside.
4) From the crest, go up the ramp to the right. In this room a panel opens on the wall to the right of the armory area.

1) <FONT COLOR="#000000" SIZE=3> In the room at the top of the moving walkway, to the right is a panel that opens. Facing this opened space, high and on the left wall is a switch. you have to back up, and shoot the switch. You will hear a door open. This is a another panel on the center hub area of this room almost opposite of where you are. When you shoot the switch, you have to <FONT COLOR="#ff0000" SIZE=5><U>run really fast</FONT><FONT COLOR="#000000" SIZE=3></U> to get to this door. Steroids help but I've never used them. Once inside the door, take the elevator up to the bridge.
2) Off this main area there is a room called the Captain's Ready Room. Click the computer on the desk to get to the "Really Ready Room".
There are 7 in E2 L4: Fusion Station
In the room with the pistons:
1) Jump up on the platform of the piston nearest the elevator you came down on. Jump down into the hole of the piston and into a small tunnel area. In the wall opposite the small tunnel is a panel. (Note: You cannot crawl through the small tunnel. You can shoot the switch at the other end or get it in the next secret place).
2) & 3) Go to the other end the the piston room. In the middle of the ledge to the right of the large green elevator door is a panel. Once inside this duct, turn left. Go to the end where the pod and medkit are. Turn to the left and jump up. If you go too far, you'll fall back to the piston room. Jump back down to where the pod and medkit are (were). Now go to the other end of this duct. Go down the ramp. You should be at the switch you saw are the end of the small tunnel above. Press this switch. It opens the elevator door out of the piston room. Go back up the ramp. At the place you entered the duct is a hand print switch on the left wall or you can go to the end and jump back up where you found the pipebombs and exit there.
4) As you enter the next room, you will see the exit to this room on the opposite side to the right. To the left is an area with a monitor. To the right of the exit door is a similar area. As you approach the monitor, a floor switch opens a panel in the area to the right of the exit door. You have to jump and run real fast to get there before it closes. (The two switches to open the exit door are underwater).
5) After you open the next door, go into the room to the left. out the far wall is a panel that raises.
In the next hallway after the explosion:
6) On the right wall, climb up the fissure to the overpass. Clear out the pods and go to the other end.
7) Across the next overpass there is a chick in the middle of the room. On the wall to the right as you enter this room is a weak spot. Blow it open.
There are 4 in E2 L5: Occupied Territory
1) Open the large steel doors that closed when you entered the first room. Go to the door slot, turn to the right, crouch down to get to the healing atom.
2) The next area has two sections. As you pass the divider wall turn to the right. Go up the ramp. On the wall to the right is an air vent. Kick out the grate and go inside. ( If you kickout the next grate and jump back down and face the edge of the other divider, behind the panel is a holoduke).
3) From this spot turn left and face the door you entered. On the wall high and to the right (where the drones attacked you from) is another secret place. ( You need a jetpack to get there).
4) Jump on the ledge where the blue key is. Crouch down and move the monitor screen to the right of the blue key.
There are 8 in E2 L6: Tiberius Station
1) Open the panel between the two vests in the room marked "Supplies".

3) In the small dark hall with the water fountain, the opposite wall is a false wall.
4) On the wall, to the left of the door, opposite the mirror in this first large hallway, a panel opens. Inside, open the panel to the right.
5) & 6) In the room with the green toxic slim water, flip the switch to bring the bridge together in the center. Underwater(?) is the red key. (Yes it looks yellow in this green slim). Suface. In the middle sections to the right and to the left of the bridge are secret areas.
7) After you cross the above bridge, ride the lift up, on the wall near the end to the left, is a weak spot. Blow it open for a jetpack.
8) There are two ways to get to this last area. Before you cross the last bridge and open the red access door, look on the wall high and to the left of the door is a vent grate. You can use the jetpack to get to this grate, kick it out and enter the duct. As you cross the lighted area of the duct, you'll hear a panel open. Look back out the duct to the corner of the opposite wall. You should see the open panel near the top. ( If it closes, cross the lighted area again). You can jetpack there when the panel opens or run from the duck, jump into the hole next to the door were the jetpack was, turn left and run inside. You can also enter the last Battle room from this duct by kicking out the grate across from the medkit instead of opening the red access door.
There are 7 in E2 L7: Lunar Reactor
1) Jump down the shaft in the "CREW QUARTERS". Shot out the vent grate between the walls. Flip the switch and run for the alcove to the right of the grate. Turn around and face out of this alcove. In the far left corner is a column that opens. Go back to the first alcove where you landed. Flip the switch and run through the grate opening.
2) On this ledge, to the left, the last section of the control panel opens. Across the canyon you'll see a blue ledge area and doorway.
3) Half way down the wall across the canyon, opposite the above spot, is a large hole.
Believe it or not, you can jump there. You'll take some damage doing it though. Or jetpack there. (There is another jetpack on the canyon floor). Open the panel on the wall under the figure for a transporter to the blue ledge area you saw before.
4) On the wall, above and to the left of the duct that crosses back over the canyon, is another hole. You can jump to this one too, from the top of the duct. If there isn't a hole in the top of the duct already, you can shoot one there. Jumping back to the duct is more of a trick. Best to use the jetpack.
5) As you enter the room with the red key, the computer panel on the left, on the wall opposite the doorway, opens.
6) & 7) In the main reactor room to the right and left are dark ledges. ( Don't know why, but these count as secret places).

3) In the rooms with the liquid-filled tanks is a panel on the wall near the tanks.
4) Behind the map on the wall in the Gamma transport area.

6) Halfway down the Beta transport tunnel is a room. Stand in the transport doorway as it goes down the tunnel. Hold down your foward key. You should fall into the room as the transport passes it.
7) In the room as you exit the monolith. On the wall up and to the left is a weak spot on the wall. This leads to the secret level Lunatic Fringe.
There are 4 in E2 L9: Overlord
1) There are two false walls around the pool you first surface in. (You must access them from the water).

3) In the room after the Battlelord, as you enter, turn right. Across the stream (pool), is a ramp going up. High on the left wall is a weak spot. Blow it open.
4) On the wall opposite the Overlords door is a panel. This panel only opens if you go into the Boss's room. You have to run fast to get there before it closes.
Noteable: On the column opposite the first tunnel you exit, is a hand print switch that open the column in the middle of this room (underwater).
In the hall with the Battlelord behind the picture of the planet.
There is a weak spot on the wall opposite the door the Battlelord was guarding.
In the room with the three waterfalls. After you go up the ramp to the first ledge area, drop down to the next ledge. Cross the stream and turn around. Notice that about halfway up the second waterfall is a triangled area that doesn't follow the flow. Jump towards this into the waterfall. (One book says it's a secret area but the secret area message does not appear). The "Official" book doesn't even mention this or secret areas 2 & 3. It does count the underwater hand switch as one but it's not.
There are no secret places in either of the secret levels of this episode. (Spin Cycle and Lunatic Fringe).
