  8.     I have decided, after a trial period of some 42 years, that I shall
  9.     NOT be taking advantage of the liberal Divorce Laws to exchange on
  10.     a NEW-for-OLD basis the present encumbant of this position.

  12.     Although carefully maintained, there are signs of wear and tear and
  13.     it would not be fair of me to hand over at this present moment.

  15.     It would create problems in getting used to a faster model.  It would
  16.     require explanations of such a lengthy nature that I feel the time 
  17.     could be better spent in servicing.
  18.  
  19.     Trusting that all those who were hoping to aquire a fully-trained
  20.     - albeit out of date - replacement for their own wornout or broken-
  21.     down model will understand.  Pleas and bribery will not change my 
  22.     mind.  I am convinced that with the proper attention my present model
  23.     will be serving me well, but slowly, well into the next century.
