Title : Houses 1.2
Filename : HOUSES12.WAD
Author : Michael Lundy
Email Address : Okay, so I don't quite have one
Misc. Author Info : First person ever who knew how to align textures
in Deathmatch levels.
Description : 14 deathmatch levels. The first 9 are house
related. This WAD changed even more since 1.1
(There's only one funky song left!!. It's on level
12.)
Additional Credits to : MYHOUSE.WAD

G-50 New York Subway

in my WAD. I'm trying to find cool music to
replace yours. I'm also using another status bar
in this version.)
VAMUS1.WAD
Butt-head for DOOM (Push a wall and
find out.)
TRINITY2.WAD
MEGADETH.WAD
MASSACRE.WAD
ZWIEBACK.WAD
Obtituary. Hey, Innocent Crew! This WAD is cool,
but you forgot the levels within the ZIP file,
one of the most important things for a WAD.
...And anything else I left out.
* * * R E A D T H I S : Every single level has an exit, if you didn't know.
I put exits on levels that didn't have exits. Read
this if you can't find the exits. These may not be
exactly accurate.
Level 1: Walk through the front door
On the left side, there should be a wall that goes
outward, next to the two sofas.
In that wall there are two doors, each with John
Romero heads in it.
Kill it to go to the next level
Level 4: Go to the staircase inside.
walk down until you teleport and go back up without
going backwards at all.
You should find the exit switch in front of a Mega-
sphere.
Level 6: In the garage, there is a John Romero head. kill it
to go to the next level.
Level 9: The John Romero head is next to the TV.
Level 10: Get outside and go to the room west of the column
supported lights.
Open the door in the room.
Kill all the monsters and the Romero heads to end
the level.
Level 13: There is a head in the corner of the arena.

* Play Information *
Episode and Level # : MAP01 through MAP14
Single Player : Yes. Some levels are self-playable.
Cooperative 2-4 Player : Yes, just get DEU and ADE2 to stop
questioning me on that.
Deathmatch 2-4 Player : YESSSSSSSS!
Difficulty Settings : Some of these levels may have them.
New Sounds : Yes. From Cringe, BESTIAL.WAD, MEGADETH.WAD, Blood
on the Walz, Halls of Death, and many others.
New Graphics : Some. They were collected from Chook v2.2, Cringe,
and Halls of Death.
New Music : Yes. Check out level 3, Beavis and Butt-head will
like this tune.
Demos Replaced : All. I'm amazed I made it past level 8 on demo #3
and level 3 on demo #1. Maybe I should try level 10
on my next version, if I make the next version.
* Disclaimer on demos: These demos were made with
DOOM 2 1.666, not 1.7, 1.7a, 1.8 or 1.9
* Construction *
Base : Modified Levels. I took levels with poor
alignment and bad texture choices and gave
them really cool textures.
Build Time : 3 hours per every messed up level. Not all
of them were messed up.
Editor(s) used : DEUTEX 3.4, ADE2, ENDOOMER 1.0.1
Known Bugs : One HOM effect on level 2 when you are
walking around the pool. I can't fix this.
Any extreme misalignment would be called a bug by
me. Any of those you find might be a bug.
* Copyright / Permissions *
Authors MAY use this level as a base to build additional levels as long as
you credit me in your work. Distrubute this freely; it's freeware.
