  15.   Effective 02/16/97, all support for BBS Utiliteez Software programs has been
  16.   turned over to Online Development Incorporated - an Alliance, Nebraska based
  17.   professional communications hardware/software development firm...
  18.  
  19.   The company is owned by my CPA Stephan Pollack,  and Doug Harrington who has
  20.   been programming since the early 1970's. The BBS will continue to run on the
  21.   same phone number and the FidoNet nodelist entry  will be changed to reflect
  22.   the new company and sysop name within the next week...
  23.  
  24.   All future questions regarding BBS Utiliteez Software program support, shall
  25.   be directed to Doug Harrington (utilz@bbc.net - 1:285/703) only.  Should the
  26.   situation arise that Doug Harrington cannot answer your question, he'll send
  27.   your message to me to answer instead...

  29.   The programs have not been sold!  Online Development Incorporated has simply
  30.   bought stock in the programs  and has put me on their payroll so I will have
  31.   the same marketing backbone and legal & financial support  which their other
  32.   developers have available to them. I am only getting out of the flame market
  33.   that comes compliments of FidoNet and UseNet. I am still available to answer
  34.   questions in various echos, however,  I am prioritizing the smaller networks
  35.   and no longer concerning myself with any FidoNet echos at all...

  110.    As far as suggestions for programs go, we are always open to suggestions
  111.    and ideas for new features so long as they  come from the "SysOp" of the
  112.    BBS running the program.  If you are the SysOp of the system running the
  113.    program and have an idea for a feature  that will benefit other SysOps &
  114.    Users running the program, we'll put it on the wish list.  If this seems
  115.    to be a popular suggestion,  then it will be  implemented ASAP.  Program
  116.    features are decided on a first come - first serve basis and their level
  117.    of importance to other SysOps and the public....
