  14. INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING OUT THIS FORM: I sincerely want to resolve any
  15. problems you encounter with my utils but to do this I must have accurate
  16. and concise information on the problem. Too many people call me and expect
  17. me to resolve their problem on nothing more then "it does not work". That
  18. simply will NOT work to resolve the problem. Before you fill this form out
  19. I request that you check the documentation very close to make sure you have
  20. not forgotten to do something in the setup of the util. If that does not
  21. alleviate the problem then the next step is to completely fill this form out
  22. AND package it up with any error logs, batch routines and the CTL file(s)
  23. and either netmail it to me at my FIDO address OR upload it to my BBS. Please
  24. note that I usually do not respond to inquiries unless it is either through
  25. my BBS or through the FIDO netmail system. If you want a reply then you
  26. must either log onto my BBS OR you must poll back 48 hours later for my
  27. reply to your message. I monitor the DoorWare echos and all Pascal related
  28. echos in FidoNet so that is also a good place to post your questions (and
  29. cheaper in the long run, if you don't mind the delays). My support BBS can be
  30. reached at (308)762-2239 (9600 to 33600 baud). My FIDO number is 1:285/703.
