  1. END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR DADAWARE
  2. SOFTWARE - Embellish[r] IMPORTANT-READ
  3. THIS CAREFULLY:  This License Agreement 
  4. ("LA") is a legal agreement between you (either
  5. an individual or a single entity) and DADAWARE.
  6.  
  7.  
  8. SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE
  9.  
  10. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by
  11. copyright laws and international copyright 
  12. treaties, as well as other intellectual property 
  13. laws and treaties.  The SOFTWARE PRODUCT
  14. is licensed, not sold.
  15. 1. GRANT OF LICENSE.  This LA grants you the following rights:
  16. * Software.  You may install and use one copy 
  17. * of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on the COMPUTER.
  18. * Storage/Network Use.  You may also store or
  19. * install a copy of the computer software portion
  20. * of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on the COMPUTER 
  21. * to allow your other computers to use the 
  22. * SOFTWARE PRODUCT over an internal network,
  23. * and distribute the SOFTWARE PRODUCT to your
  24. * other computers over such an internal network.
  25. * However, you must acquire and dedicate a 
  26. * license for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT for each 
  27. * computer on which the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is
  28. * used at the same time.  To clarify, the 
  29. * SOFTWARE PRODUCT is like a book, it can 
  30. * reside in multiple locals (taken from place
  31. * to place) but only one person can use it at one 
  32. * time. A license for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT 
  33. * may not be shared or used concurrently on 
  34. * different computers.
  35.  
  36. 2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.  
  37. * Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation
  38. * and Disassembly.  You may not reverse engineer, 
  39. * decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE
  40. * PRODUCT, except and only to the extent that 
  41. * such activity is  expressly permitted by applicable 
  42. * law notwithstanding this limitation.
  43. * Rental.  You may not rent or lease the SOFTWARE
  44. * PRODUCT.   
  45. * Termination.  Without prejudice to any other 
  46. * rights, Dadaware may terminate this LA if you fail
  47. * to comply with the terms and conditions of this 
  48. * LA.  In such event, you must destroy all copies of the
  49. * SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all of its component parts.
  50.  
  51. 3. UPGRADES.  If the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is an 
  52. * upgrade from another product, you may use or 
  53. * transfer the SOFTWARE PRODUCT only in 
  54. * conjunction with that upgraded product, unless you 
  55. * destroy the upgraded product.  
  56.  
  57. 4. OEM COPYRIGHT.  All title and copyrights in and to 
  58. * the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (including but not limited 
  59. * to any images, photographs, animations, video, 
  60. * audio, music, and text incorporated into the
  61. * SOFTWARE PRODUCT), the accompanying printed 
  62. * materials, and any copies of the SOFTWARE 
  63. * PRODUCT, are owned by Dadaware.  The
  64. * SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright 
  65. * laws and international treaty provisions.  You may 
  66. * not copy the printed materials accompanying the 
  67. * SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
  68.  
  69. 5. DUAL-MEDIA SOFTWARE.  You may receive the 
  70. * SOFTWARE PRODUCT in more than one medium. 
  71. * Regardless of the type or size of medium you 
  72. * receive, you may use only one medium that is 
  73. * appropriate for your single computer.  You may 
  74. * not use or install the other medium on another 
  75. * computer.  You may not loan, rent, lease, or 
  76. * otherwise transfer the other medium to another 
  77. * user, except as part of the permanent transfer 
  78. * (as provided above) of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
