  11. First of all , I will tell you  why , I
  12. have decided to write, such an  article
  13. about the french post and , also  about
  14. the post in other countries.

  16. First of all here are some examples  of
  17. very good work by the french post :

  45. This week , I've decided to make a test
  46. with a friend. The distance between him
  47. and me was about of 20km. On monday , I
  48. have sent 3 letters , with 5 disks each
  49. in the same postbox ,at the same hour .
  50. One day after (this is the normal delay
  51. for the Letters in all france), he only
  52. received 1 of the 3 letters ! And then,
  53. the day after, he received the 2 others
  54. letters.

  56. By the way , All those tests, have been
  57. performed, when the french post was not
  58. on strike (That's very rare !) . Then ,
  59. after all those tests what can we say ?

  61. ]Before all , I must say that the normal
  62. ]delay is almost never respected most of
  63. ]the time . The normal delay in france ,
  64. ]is of 1 day, or, sometimes 2 days, when
  65. ]you send , your letter in a mountainous
  66. ]zone . But , it's respected for about 4
  67. ]letters out of 10 .

  69.  Can I talk of the french post, without
  70. telling  you something , about  all the
  71. parcels or letter which never arrive ?
  72. This problem is also very hard to solve
  73. simply because , when you send a letter
  74. or a parcel , you put it  in the letter
  75. box and that's all, you have no proof !
  76. Then if a friend send you a parcel with
  77. 10 disks,and if you never have it , you
  78. can't go to the post office  for a huge
  79. complaint , simply because you  haven't
  80. a proof ! The solution is to send , all
  81. your letters and parcels in registrated
  82. mode , but that's very very expensive .

  96. [letter-speed is to put some  stamps  on
  97. [the envelop. (  That is even better  if
  98. [there ain't  5 or 6 scotch tapes on the
  99. [stamp. )

  102. [for your mail. Go to pick it up at  the
  103. [nearest Police station.

  106. [not to draw big dick,naked-girls, "fuck

  108. [the back of envelops.  Thanks  to  that
