  6. ADDITIONAL LICENSE TERMS FOR MULTI-TIER PROGRAMS
  7. Certain versions of the Software may include redistributable 
  8. file(s) identified as CLIENT DATASET ("Client Dataset 
  9. Redistributables") for creating multi-tier application 
  10. programs for use in a Client/Server computer network.  
  11. "Client/Server computer network" refers to end-user 
  12. microcomputers ("Client Computers") connected to another 
  13. computer ("Server Computer") dedicated to managing 
  14. communications, storing common data in a database, and 
  15. providing database services requested by the Client 
  16. Computers.  If you have purchased a version of the Software 
  17. which includes the Client Dataset Redistributables, your 
  18. programs may install and use the Client Dataset 
  19. Redistributables, provided that your programs only install 
  20. the Client Dataset Redistributables at Client Computers for 
  21. providing each Client Computer with access to data stored 
  22. remotely at a Server Computer or providing each Client 
  23. Computer with access to its own locally-stored data.  
  24. Installation or use of the Client Dataset Redistributables 
  25. at a Server Computer requires a server license (available 
  26. separately) from Borland.
