  1. This is the distribution for the demo of the new mp3enc MPEG Layer-3
  2. demo encoder. Use of this encoder is subject to the license conditions
  3. laid forth in the documentation.

  5. For your convenience the documentation is provided in three formats:
  6. - as a large ascii file (mp3enc.txt),
  7. - as html pages (mp3enc/mp3enc.html),
  8. - as a postscript file (mp3enc.ps).
  9.  
  10. This package may be redistributed as long as the contents of this
  11. archive are left intact and no file is changed, added or removed. An
  12. up-to-date version of this package and more information can always be found at
