  17. <p>    On a brisk autumn day last week, Jacqueline Onassis, 60,
  18. walked along a sunlit street on Manhattan's Upper East Side with
  19. three close family members. The outing was a somber occasion:
  20. they were coming from a memorial service that marked the
  21. anniversary of President John F. Kennedy's assassination 26
  22. years ago. Joining her were Caroline Kennedy Schlossberg, who
  23. was only five years old when her father was killed, and
  24. son-in-law Edwin Schlossberg. And bundled up against the
  25. pre-Thanksgiving chill was Jackie's grandchild Rose, 1 1/2.
