  16. <p>     Customs and currency: Visas are not required of US tourists
  17. visiting the country for up to 4 months. Firearms are carefully
  18. controlled, but there are no unusual customs restrictions.
  19. Tunisian dinars may not be imported or exported, but foreign
  20. currency, including dollars, may be imported; departing
  21. travelers may take out the amounts they brought in and any
  22. other foreign currency certified to have been legally acquired
  23. in Tunisia.
  24. </p>
  25. <p>     Health: Tunisia has no particular health hazards, but
  26. tapwater is not potable in certain seasons in Tunis. Adequate
  27. medical care is available in the capital and in other major
  28. cities.
