  1. NAUTILUS is a CD ROM-based multimedia information service in a magazine 
  2. format.  Like online information services, NAUTILUS is a shell (hence 
  3. the name), dependent to a large degree on subscriber-supplied content.  
  4. NAUTILUS provides the opportunity for YOU to contribute, to exchange 
  5. and share ideas and software with others; it's your opportunity to 
  6. publish your materials.

  8. The NAUTILUS Team's goal is to provide the personal computer community 
  9. with a channel to publish and distribute large amounts of data in a 
  10. timely and cost-effective manner.  We want to ensure that NAUTILUS is 
  11. responsive to the needs and visions of the individual user and the CD ROM 
  12. community at large.

  14. NAUTILUS' success is dependent upon information from and about the PC 
  15. community.  We welcome your contributions of the following items:

  18.   Demonstrations  
  19.   Multimedia presentations  
  20.   ToolBook(tm) projects  
  21.   Digitized photos  
  22.   Clip art  
  23.   Digitized sounds  
  24.   MIDI music files

  26. If you have other suggestions for which the multimedia capabilities, timely 
  27. distribution and massive storage capacity of NAUTILUS seems appropriate, 
  28. let us know.

  31. Ektrachrome 35mm slide, if possible) and an "About the Author" 
  32. description in your own voice, recorded on our voice mail system.  This is 
  33. your big chance for 15 seconds of fame.  Be immortalized along with your 
  34. work.]

  36. In addition we want your opinions (uploaded to our HOST), your phone 
  37. calls (recorded via voice mail for our "Letters" section) and your feedback 
  38. in general.

  40. All submissions should be prepared in accordance with the Submission 
  41. Guidelines (see GUIDE.TXT).  If those guidelines appear to be inadequate 
  42. for your idea, please contact us via upload, voice mail, phone, or fax (the 
  43. numbers are listed below).

  46. release form (see SUBMIT.TXT).
