  19.              exporting text, dBaseIII-IV, FoxPro, Clipper,
  20.              Excel 97-2000 and Access 2000 files (*).

  33.   FOR USE AND DISTRIBUTION

  36. THIS END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT
  37. BETWEEN YOU (AN INDIVIDUAL OR A SINGLE ENTITY) AND
  38. JPS DEVELOPMENT FOR THE JPS DEVELOPMENT SOFTWARE
  39. PRODUCT ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT" OR "SOFTWARE") IDENTIFIED
  40. ABOVE. THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT INCLUDES COMPUTER
  41. SOFTWARE, ANY ASSOCIATED PRINTED MATERIALS AND ANY
  42. "ONLINE" OR ELECTRONIC DOCUMENTATION. BY INSTALLING,
  43. COPYING OR USING THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT, YOU AGREE
  44. TO BE BOUND BY TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

  46. THE SOFTWARE IS OWNED BY JPS DEVELOPMENT AND IS
  47. PROTECTED BY COPYRIGHT LAWS AND INTERNATIONAL
  48. TREATIES, AS WELL AS OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
  49. LAWS AND TREATIES. THE SOFTWARE IS LICENSED, NOT SOLD.

  51. DEFINITION
  52.  
  53.   The term "UNREGISTERED VERSION" or "EVALUATION VERSION"
  54.   used here shall mean a copy of the SOFTWARE you obtained
  55.   for evaluation purposes. The UNREGISTERED VERSION
  56.   is described as "GS-Calc 6.0 Unregistered Version"
  57.   in its "About" dialog box and has some functional
  58.   limitations as explained above in this file.
  59.  
  60. TRIAL USE LICENSE
  61.  
  62.   This License Agreement grants you the right to use
  63.   the UNREGISTERED VERSION for evaluation purposes
  64.   for a period not longer than 30 days. The UNREGISTERED
  65.   VERSION is in use on a computer when it is loaded into
  66.   temporary memory (e.i. RAM) of that computer. After 30
  67.   days from the date when you use the UNREGISTERED VERSION
  68.   for the first time, you must either purchase
  69.   (register) a license for the SOFTWARE or stop using
  70.   the UNREGISTERED VERSION and permanently remove
  71.   it from your computer.

  73. COPYRIGHT AND OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS
  74.  
  75.   You must treat the UNREGISTERED VERSION like any other
  76.   copyrighted material. You may not reverse engineer,
  77.   decompile, modify, disassemble or make copies
  78.   of the UNREGISTERED VERSION except as provided elsewhere
  79.   in this agreement. All rights not expressly granted in
  80.   this agreement are reserved to JPS Development.
  81.  
  82. LIMITED DISTRIBUTION LICENSE
  83.  
  84.   You may make copies of the UNREGISTERED VERSION and give
  85.   it to others, or distribute it in any possible way
  86.   (including web sites/services, CDs, DVDs) as long as you:
  87.  
  88.   - distribute either (1) the original EVALUATION VERSION
  89.     archive available as the gscalc60.zip or gscalc60.exe
  90.     file directly from JPS Development
  91.     (http://www.jps-development.com) or (2) all unmodified
  92.     files originally included in that gscalc60.zip archive;
  93.  
  94.   - place the UNREGISTERED VERSION in a separate (with no
  95.     other files) directory when distributing the UNREGISTERED
  96.     VERSION on CD-ROMs or DVDs;
  97.  
  98.   - do not distribute the UNREGISTERED VERSION as a single
  99.     file containing any other software products without
  100.     written permission from JPS Development.

  107. 6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

  109.   The SOFTWARE is provided "as is", without warranty
  110.   of any kind. JPS DEVELOPMENT DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED
  111.   WARRANTIES INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
  112.   MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

  114.   TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW,
  115.   IN NO EVENT SHALL JPS DEVELOPMENT OR ANYONE ELSE
  116.   INVOLVED IN THE PRODUCTION OR DELIVERY OF THE
  117.   SOFTWARE BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL,
  118.   INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER
  119.   (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS
  120.   OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS
  121.   OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS)
  122.   ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE
  123.   SOFTWARE, EVEN IF JPS DEVELOPMENT HAS BEEN ADVISED
  124.   OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

  126. This agreement is governed by the laws of Poland.
