  1. CARROT OR ZUCCHINI CAKE RECIPE

  3. Ingredients:
  4. 1 c. sugar
  5. 1 1\2 C. flour
  6. 2 t. baking powder
  7. 1 t. cinnamon
  8. 1\2 c. oil
  9. 1\4 t. salt
  10. 2 eggs
  11. 1 c. carrots or zucchini
  12. 1\2 c. nuts

  15. Procedure:
  16. Mix sugar and oil. Add sifted dry ingredients and carrots
  17. or zucchini. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well. Add
  18. nuts, blend. Pour into greased 8 1\2 x 41\2 x 2 1\2 loaf pan.
