  1. NOTE: By installing and using the SOFTWARE you are agreeing to 
  2. be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to 
  3. the terms of this Agreement, promptly delete the SOFTWARE from 
  4. your computer.

  7. RISK MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE Ltd. SOFTWARE LICENCE

  10. GRANT OF LICENCE.  
  11. You may not rent, lease, sublicence, or lend the Software or 
  12. Documentation. You may, however, transfer all your rights to use the 
  13. Software to another person or legal entity provided that you transfer 
  14. this Agreement, the Software, including all copies, updates and prior 
  15. versions, and all Documentation to such person or entity and that you 
  16. retain no copies, including copies stored on a computer.

  19. COPYRIGHT.  The Software is owned by Risk Management Software
  20. Ltd and is protected by copyright laws and international treaty 
  21. provisions. You may not remove the copyright notice from any 
  22. copy of the Software or any copy of the written materials, if any, 
  23. accompanying the Software.

  25. OTHER RESTRICTIONS.  This Risk Management Software Ltd Licence 
  26. Agreement is your proof of licence to exercise the rights granted
  27. herein and must be retained by you.  You may not rent or lease 
  28. the Software.  You may not reverse engineer, decompile or 
  29. disassemble the Software.

  31. NO WARRANTY.  ANY USE BY YOU OF THE SOFTWARE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
  32. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED FOR USE ONLY WITH MICROSOFT WINDOWS 95 
  33. AND RELATED SOFTWARE.  THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED FOR USE "AS IS" 
  34. WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.  TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY
  35. LAW AND RISK MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE LTD DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF 
  36. ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, 
  37. IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR 
  38. PURPOSE.

  40. NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.  In no event shall 
  41. Risk Management Software Ltd be liable for any damages whatsoever 
  42. (including, without limitation, incidental, direct, indirect special 
  43. and consequential damages, damages for loss of business profits, 
  44. business interruption, loss of business information, or other pecuniary
  45. loss) arising out of the use or inability to use this Risk Management
  46. Software Ltd product, even if Risk Management Software Ltd has been 
  47. advised of the possibility of such damages.

  49. INDEMNIFICATION BY YOU.  If you distribute the Software in violation 
  50. of this Agreement, you agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend 
  51. Risk Management Software Ltd from and against any claims or lawsuits, 
  52. including legal fees that arise or result from the use or distribution 
  53. of the Software in violation of this Agreement.
