  1. Unless you are upgrading from RASIS 2.0 or 2.01, you
  2. do not need to extract these files.

  4. If you ARE upgrading, please read the file UPGRADE.202 fully.

  6. NOTE:  Some sysops seem to get confused, and attempt to upgrade the
  7.        RASIS.CFG twice, especially those who had previously upgraded
  8.        with a BETA or Pre-Release version. <G>
  9.  
  10.        Starting with this release, the upgrade checks version id info
  11.        in the config, and will NOT process a cfg file that has already
  12.        been upgraded.  Keeps from corrupting the file.
