In order to help the SysOps to erase old news automatically, the Purge Method
is now done!
Now one line after the "/***/" you can put as an optional option the following
parameter:
Purge=mm/dd/yyyy
For example:
Purge=01/01/1995 -> January 1st, 1995
Purge=02/01/1995 -> February 1st, 1995
Purge=03/03/1995 -> March 3rd, 1995
Purge=11/25/1995 -> November 25th, 1995
It's too simple! Now pay attention in the next example:
----(Begin of NEWS.TXT)----
Purge=01/02/1995
Marry Christmas and happy new year|December 25th
I wish to all of you "Marry Christmas and
Happy new year!"
/***/
Purge=07/16/1995
Happy birthday|July 15th
Happy birthday to Daniel Lafraia!
Today is his birthday! :-)
Regards,
Super News Team
----(EOF)----
