  38.   * In some countries/states it is illegal to take the line off-hook for
  39.     long periods of time. In others, you are billed from the second the
  40.     line goes off-hook. If you previously configured 'Lower DTR when
  41.     busy' to 'Yes' then the 'Offhook' string will never be sent.
  42.     However, the 'Down' string is sent regardless of this setting. If
  43.     you want to ensure that the line is never busied out by the modem
  44.     going 'off-hook' then blank out both of these strings.
  45.
  46.  ** If your telephone exchange cannot support MFT tone dialling, change
  47.     the 'Dial' string to read 'ATDP' (do not include quotation marks).

  59.
  60.   These options allow you to configure FrontDoor to send specific
  61.   commands to the modem, if it matches a particular speed, nodelist
  62.   flag, or node number with the system being called.
  63.
  64.   In the case of USRobotics Courier Dual Standard modems (those
  65.   supporting HST as well as regular ITU high speed protocols) it is
  66.   important to choose the highest supported protocol when dialling out.
  67.   Insert each of the following lines in the correct order. If your
  68.   Courier modem does not support HST as well as ITU high speed protocols
  69.   then omit this section.
