  1.      Welcome new druglord!  You are about to enter the city of
  2. Detroit.  Your goal:  to become the biggest druglord of the city
  3. and to take over police headquarters and bring the whole city
  4. under your command.  But beware, there are many other druglords
  5. out there trying to take over your part of town.  You should
  6. find that the mayor's headquarters in street 1 has suffiecient
  7. supplies for your conquest.  You can also access full online
  8. help by the 'Z' command from the main menu.
