BBS NOTES:
If you're a SysOp, you are free to archive WCS in the archive format
of your judgement. As with disk vendors, you may break WCS into more
manageable DL sizes, but we prefer that you put EXE's/docs in one
archive and SAMPLES in another.
*******************************************************************
INSTALLATION NOTES FOR VENDORS:
WCS does not include a standard installation program, as we do
not have control over the media of distribution (i.e. we can't
standardize a Win3 install unless we can standardize the media.)
Also, a Win3 SETUP.EXE would also consume disk space more than
what is being taken up now.
If you are a disk vendor, you may include any install routine
required, such as a batch file, etc. All that is required is to
put WCS in a single subdirectory of it's own. It does not need
to modify the WIN.INI file.
If you are distributing on 360k media (or images), you are free
to archive as you see best, providing that WCS is distributed in
it's entirity. We would prefer you to put the EXE's/docs on one
disk and SAMPLES on another such that the user can install easier.
