  22. +=This  is  the main front screen of the program.  It lists the
  23. +=Accounts  in  the selected Group,  along  with  their  latest
  24. +?balance,   the   overall  worth  and   the  default   currency.

  26. +=options  to  Add,  Delete,  Update  and  Move  Accounts.   If
  27. +8required, Groups can be individually Password protected.

  69. +?statement is received,  you can reconcile each entry,  and then
  70. +Aa  running  total  is shown,  which should  match the  statement.

  97. +Dyou  may wish to use.  It also  indicates  the primary  currency for
  98. +Bthe  program,  the  selected  Group,  and  the selected  secondary
  99. +?currency for any temporary use, such as holidays. The usual Add
  100. +BDelete and Update functions are available, as well as an option to
  101. +Cupdate all the Accounts at one time.  There is a built-in  Currency
  102. +Cconversion module and,  finally, there is an optional  extra column
  103. to record daily allowances.+

  108. +>As usual, you can Add, Delete and Update the entries. When you
  109. +?enter an Item, you just specify the Account to or from (or both
  110. +Cif it is a  transfer between accounts).  The date is the first time
  111. +Cyou wish it to be used,  and you can enter an initial value as well
  112. +Aas the  normal value.  In the second dialogue,  the period can be
  113. +?multiples of days, weeks, months or years.  Also, the automatic

  119. +?you wish the item to be actioned. Once the date is reached, the
  120. +AItem will  be automatically  activated and the  date reset to the

  122. +AInterest can be implemented.  Finally, there is an option to have
  123. +'the total value of the items displayed.+

  127. +FThis screen  allows you to  look at  transactions  previously archived
  128. +Mfrom  the  Accounts.  It  also  has  a  Find  (and  Find  Next)  facility  to
  129. +Hallow for easy searching for a specific transaction or date. If the file
  130. +His too big, I suggest you store it on a  floppy and then use the 'Delete
  131. +HArchive' option and  Create Archive  to start again.  Finally,  a Budget
  132. +Lfilter can  be  set,  and the  display  will  then  show  only  those  items
  133. within that category.+

  137. +=This screen allows you to keep track of your budget expenses.
  138. +@Simply enter a category and,  if you wish, an estimate of annual
  139. +Bspend.  Once a category is specified, it will appear in the Budget
  140. +AItem field  when a  transaction is  entered into an account.  The
  141. +Dvalue  of the  credit or  debit will  be automatically  added to the
  142. +Bcategories  'Current Spend'.  There are  options to  Add,  Delete,
  143. +@Update,  Move and Sort the categories.  The final option is then
  144. +0to have either 'Spend' or 'Remaining' displayed.+
