- +FThis screen allows you to look at transactions previously archived
- +Mfrom the Accounts. It also has a Find (and Find Next) facility to
- +Hallow for easy searching for a specific transaction or date. If the file
- +His too big, I suggest you store it on a floppy and then use the 'Delete
- +HArchive' option and Create Archive to start again. Finally, a Budget
- +Lfilter can be set, and the display will then show only those items
- within that category.+

- +=This screen allows you to keep track of your budget expenses.
- +@Simply enter a category and, if you wish, an estimate of annual
- +Bspend. Once a category is specified, it will appear in the Budget
- +AItem field when a transaction is entered into an account. The
- +Dvalue of the credit or debit will be automatically added to the
- +Bcategories 'Current Spend'. There are options to Add, Delete,
- +@Update, Move and Sort the categories. The final option is then

- +D3 figures, it is possible to reduce the number of months which

- +>rate. Then, when meter readings are entered, the cost between
- +Eentries is evaluated, and an estimate of the total bill is displayed.
