  4.   This licence agreement affects all programs, manuals and disks of
  5.   the  editor package GoldED, release 3 or later. Violations of any
  6.   of the topics below will  cause  this  licence  to  expire,  i.e.
  7.   terminate   your   rights   to  use  or  otherwise  handle  (e.g.
  8.   distribute) the package.

  10.   You may not duplicate, distribute,  hire  or  sell  a  registered
  11.   GoldED  package  or  GoldED  keyfiles. Keyfiles are ©1995 Dietmar
  12.   Eilert. You may not distribute keyfiles or  keyfile-related  data
  13.   (i.e.   the  keyfile  drawer).  Distribution  of  keyfiles  is  a
  14.   violation of  copyright  laws  and  will  be  prosecuted  by  the
  15.   copyright owner(s).

  17.   You are not allowed to include the demo version into any kind  of
  18.   software  collection  apart  from  the Amiga Library (compiled by
  19.   Fred Fish), AmiNet and BBS file areas without written  permission
  20.   of  the  author,  including, but not limited to, CD ROMs and disk
  21.   magazines. The demo version may not be  distributed  attached  to
  22.   software  or  hardware  (e.g.  bookware, disk magazine, preloaded
  23.   streamer tapes).

  25.   The  copyright  owner(s)   reserve   the   right   to   interdict
  26.   distribution  at  any time if a distributor fails to obey to this
  27.   licence.

  29.   You  may  not  modify  the  package:  you  may  not  change   the
  30.   compilation,  you  may  not modify or translate files and you may
  31.   not add or remove  files.  You  are  not  allowed  to  distribute
  32.   translations  of  material  found  in  this  distribution  unless
  33.   authorized by the  copyright  owner(s).  All  translation  rights
  34.   reserved.

  36.   The copyright owner(s) provide this program "as is".  The  entire
  37.   risk  of  using  this program is with you. The copyright owner(s)

  54.   Diese   Nutzungslizenz    betrifft    alle    Bestandteile    des
  55.   GoldED-Paketes  (Programme,  Handbücher)  ab  Programmversion  3.
  56.   Verletzung eines der folgenden Punkte beendet jedes Nutzungsrecht
  57.   inklusive Vertrieb.

  59.   Sie dürfen ein registriertes GoldED-Paket  sowie  GoldED-Keyfiles
  60.   weder  vervielfältigen,  vertreiben,  verleihen  noch  verkaufen.
  61.   Keyfiles und Keyfile-bezogene Daten und Dateien  unterliegen  dem
  62.   Urheberrecht    (©1995   Dietmar   Eilert)   und   dürfen   weder
  63.   weitergegeben   noch   Dritten   zugänglich    gemacht    werden.
  64.   Zuwiderhandlungen     stellen     eine    Verletzung    geltender
  65.   Urheberrechtsgesetze dar und werden entsprechend verfolgt.

  67.   Die  Aufnahme  der  Demo-Version  in  wie  auch  immer   geartete
  68.   Softwarezusammenstellungen  ist  abgesehen  von der von Fred Fish
  69.   zusammengestellten Amiga Library, dem AmiNet sowie BBS File-Areas
  70.   ohne   schriftliche   Genehmigung   des  Autors  nicht  zulässig,
  71.   inlusive,   aber    nicht    beschränkt    auf,    CD-ROMs    und
  72.   Diskettenmagazine.  Die Software darf nicht als Bestandteil eines
  73.   Paketes oder Bundles oder zusammen  mit  Hardware  oder  Software
  74.   (Bookware,    Diskettenmagazin,    vorbespielte   Streamer-Tapes)
  75.   angeboten werden.

  77.   Die  Copyright-Inhaber  behalten  sich  das  Recht   vor,   einem
  78.   Vertreiber  die  Weitergabe  jederzeit  zu  untersagen, wenn sich
  79.   dieser nicht an die Bedingungen dieser Lizenz hält.

  81.   Sie dürfen das Paket nicht modifizieren. Dies betrifft sowohl die
  82.   Zusammenstellung  als  auch  einzelne  Dateien.  Es  dürfen weder
  83.   Dateien entfernt noch neue hinzugefügt  werden.  Übersetzung  und
  84.   Vertrieb  von  Material  aus  diesem Paket ist ohne ausdrückliche
  85.   schriftliche Genehmigung nicht gestattet. Alle Übersetzungsrechte
  86.   vorbehalten.

  88.   Die Copyright-Inhaber stellen dieses Programm 'so wie es ist' zur
  89.   Verfügung.  Das komplette Nutzungsrisiko liegt beim Anwender. Die
  90.   Copyright-Inhaber werden nicht für Schäden  verantwortlich  sein,
  91.   die  aus  der  Nutzung  bzw. der Unmöglichkeit der Nutzung dieser
  92.   Software entstehen, ob  direkt  oder  indirekt,  inklusive  (aber
  93.   nicht  beschränkt  auf)  Datenverlust oder Erzeugung fehlerhafter
